I discussed Diabetes Type 2 in an earlier blog, and mentioned that an Australian is diagnosed with this disease every 5 minutes!! That statistic needs to become more widely known, because it doesn't have to be this way and the more people learn about this the more likely we are to change it. While some people have a genetic pre-disposition to Diabetes, many more are heading down the road to Diabetes type 2 simply because of poor lifestyle habits & choices.
